As part of the regular maintenance at our Japan data center, we will be switching our apps from our primary data center in Tokyo to our secondary (disaster recovery) data center in Osaka on September 20, 2025 from 7:30pm to 10:30pm JST (10:30am - 01:30pm GMT/UTC). We'll switch back to our primary data center in Tokyo on September 27, 2025 from 07:30pm to 10:30pm JST (10:30am - 01:30pm GMT/UTC).
We do not expect any major interruption, and you should be able to continue using all the Site24x7 services during this maintenance period. We will post an update here once the maintenance is complete. In case you experience any issues, please feel free to email us at support@site24x7.jp.
