I would like to request the addition of a Service Health feature in Site24x7 similar to Azure Service Health. This feature should provide real-time visibility into cloud service outages, disruptions, and regional issues across monitored services.
In Azure, Service Health displays:
- Active service issues
- Impacted regions and services
- Tracking IDs and event timelines
- Severity levels (e.g., informational, warning, critical)
- Affected locations shown on a map
- Event history and final PIR reports
Having a similar Service Health dashboard in Site24x7 would help proactively identify whether performance or availability problems are due to platform-wide outages rather than customer-specific issues. It would also improve incident response and reduce troubleshooting time.
