Dear customers,
To enhance the reliability and performance of our Saudi Arabia infrastructure, we have scheduled maintenance for our Saudi Arabia data center.
As part of this activity, we will temporarily route traffic from our primary data center in Riyadh to our disaster recovery (DR) data center in Jeddah on July 24, 2026, between 5:30am to 8:30am AST (2:30am to 5:30am UTC/GMT). After the maintenance is completed, we will switch our services back to the primary Riyadh data center on July 31, 2026, between 5:30am to 8:30am AST (2:30am to 5:30am UTC/GMT).
During both maintenance windows, we expect Site24x7 services to remain available, with no significant service interruption anticipated. Once the maintenance activity is complete, we will update this post with the maintenance status.
To ensure uninterrupted monitoring, please add the following IP range to your firewall policy allowlist:
- 199.67.82.0/23 (199.67.82.1 to 199.67.83.254)
- 199.67.80.0/23 (199.67.80.1 to 199.67.81.254)
The site24x7.sa portal will remain accessible throughout the maintenance window. You can also monitor the operational status of our services on the Site24x7 status page.
