As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain service reliability and resilience, Site24x7 has scheduled maintenance for the Europe (EU) data center.
During the maintenance, traffic will be temporarily redirected to our secondary data center in Dublin, Ireland, as part of the planned data center switchover on Sept. 20, 2026, from 3:30am to 6am CEST (1:30am–4am UTC). Services will be switched back to the primary data center in Amsterdam, Netherlands, on Sept. 27, 2026, from 3:30am to 6am CEST (1:30am–4am UTC).
Site24x7 services will continue to operate during both maintenance windows, and no significant service disruption is expected. This post will be updated once the maintenance activities are completed.
To ensure uninterrupted monitoring, please add the following IP ranges to your firewall policy allow-list:
- 87.252.213.0/24 (87.252.213.0 to 87.252.213.255)
- 89.36.170.0/24 (89.36.170.0 to 89.36.170.255)
- 185.20.209.0/24 (185.20.209.0 to 185.20.209.255)
- 185.230.212.0/23 (185.230.212.0 to 185.230.213.255)

The Site24x7 Europe portal will remain accessible throughout the maintenance period. You can also monitor service availability through the status page.
