Yesterday, some of you might have noticed some strange behavior with Site24x7 service. First of all, let me apologize for the inconvenience caused. I will do my best to explain to you what happened and why it happened and how we are going to deal with this kind of problem in future.

The Incident

We have added three more locations to our ever growing global monitoring network. The newly added locations are Atlanta in US, Toronto in Canada and Brussels in Belgium. With these new additions, you now can monitor websites or servers from 39 locations across the globe.

Please make a note of our change in our IP address of our Spanish monitoring server.

If you have enabled IP restriction in your server, make sure that you add the new IP address into the allowed list. This change is necessary to ensure that our monitoring request does not get hindered.
