We faced an unexpected link problem at ISP side today around 12:28 AM PST. Some of the Monitors were incorrectly reported as Down, when this occurred. The issue has been fixed and the system is operating normally now. For our customers who received any false SMS/Voice alerts, we request you to ignore them. We assure you that the credits will be refunded to your account.

While what happened was not entirely in our control, we sincerely regret this incident and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
