~How does it work?
No rocket science here. Just download and install the server monitoring agent in the server that requires monitoring. Once installed, the agent will collect the server metrics~such as CPU usage, memory usage, and disk usage every five minutes. You can also configure thresholds and choose to be alerted if any of the resources/usage statistics cross the set thresholds
Cloud-friendly architecture
The agent running in your on-premise machine and the Site24x7 service running in the cloud communicate via a secure, one-way HTTPS protocol. This assures there are no holes in the firewall, so your data is safe and accessible anytime from the cloud.
Free service to complement your IT
We have also recently launched the~industry's first free service~to monitor your on-premise monitoring solutions. This service lets you move beyond the traditional approach to monitoring, i.e., using homegrown scripts that are limited in functionality and cannot report on downtime anytime, anywhere.
