Site24x7 - Web Client Bug

Update 3: We are happy to announce that we have fixed the issue of accessing data older than 7 days. You can now continue to use Site24x7 account without any difficulty.

Update 2: We have completely resolved the web client access issues for all users. However there still are problems accessing reports older than 7 days for around 10% of the users. We hope to resolve this asap.

We wanted to let you know that you might be experiencing some web client issues. This is because we are in the middle of a major upgrade. However, our team is working hard to fix this issue as soon as possible.

We would like to assure all that your websites and web applications are still being monitored from the configured locations. You will still receive downtime alerts when your website goes down. Once this issue is fixed, you will be able to see your configured monitors after you login.

As soon as this fixed, we will post an update.
